1. Assist Warren County governmental offices in their individual departmental mission providing services to the citizens of Warren County
2. Facilitate the effective and efficient use of appropriate technology
3. Encourage collaboration in providing services through systems and processes

1. Create and maintain a reliable technology infrastructure
2. Ensure the security and integrity of county information
3. Support users of county information systems

1. Help desk and desktop support
2. Web site development and e-Government initiatives
3. Staff development of technology skills
4. Project design, management and implementation
5. Data export of certain public records
6. On-line services to external users

1. Partial Desktop refresh (one fifth each year)
2. Web site redesign
3. Document Imaging & Permanent Records Management deployment to Health Services, Substance Abuse.
4. County Attorney Case Management Software
5. Security Enhancements
6. Microsoft Enterprise License Agreement
