Immunization Clinic Hours:
When: Last Wednesday of each month
Time: 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Cost: No fee, donations are accepted.

Warren County Health Services is a Public Health Nursing Agency providing assistance to the citizens of Warren County. Our nurses and home care aides visit the homes of residents of all ages in all areas of Warren County. We offer skilled nursing assistance in the homes of the ill or disabled, our home care aides provide hygiene assistance and home making services. We accept referrals from all sources including; physicians, hospitals, families or self-referrals. We will accept referrals for any person who needs our services regardless of income. Please call for any questions regarding our home care services.

We provide many educational opportunities and clinic programs including adult and pediatric vaccinations, blood pressure screenings, foot care clinics for the elderly and diabetic, blood sugar screening and cholesterol screenings. We also participate in the WIC and Maternal Child Health programs in Warren County. This is just to name a few, please call for further explanation of services, clinics, and programs

Warren County Health Services has a medical equipment loan closet with a variety of items available to Warren County residents. Call for more information regarding available items.
